Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust analog and digital circuits for next-generation power electronics.
- Lead PCB layout design, emphasizing thermal management and signal integrity.
- Perform comprehensive simulation and testing using SPICE, Altium, and oscilloscopes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics into scalable hardware architectures.
- Create detailed technical documentation, design specifications, and validation reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous design reviews to ensure high-quality output.
- Drive continuous improvement in design for manufacturing (DFM) and reliability testing protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in hardware design and PCB development.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium Designer preferred).
- Strong knowledge of power supply topologies, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Experience with EMC/EMI compliance testing and regulatory certification (UL/CE/FCC).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems using laboratory instrumentation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
