Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex power electronic circuits for industrial energy storage systems.
- Conduct rigorous simulation, testing, and validation of PCB designs using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Perform thermal analysis and reliability modeling to ensure product longevity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into mechanical chassis.
- Manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and compliance testing (UL/CE/IEC).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in power systems or high-voltage design.
- Expertise in SPICE-based simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice).
- Deep knowledge of power converters, inverters, and battery management systems.
- Proficiency in PCB layout and schematic capture for high-speed signals.
- Strong understanding of EMI/EMC design practices and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
