Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex PCB layouts for high-density power applications.
- Perform rigorous circuit simulation, analysis, and validation testing to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and thermal engineers to optimize system integration.
- Oversee the selection and qualification of electronic components, ensuring reliability and supply chain sustainability.
- Define and execute comprehensive test plans for prototyping and mass production qualification (DFM/DFT).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Ensure compliance with international electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in circuit design and hardware development.
- Advanced proficiency with EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
- Deep understanding of power electronics, analog/digital circuit design, and embedded systems.
- Proven track record of bringing hardware products from initial design to market launch.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in EMI/EMC mitigation and thermal management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and presentations.
