Responsibilities
- Design and validate electrical schematics for high-voltage power distribution systems
- Lead PCB layout optimization for industrial automation controllers
- Develop comprehensive test protocols for power electronics components
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Analyze thermal management solutions for power electronics
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC/IEEE safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Expertise in 3-phase motor control and battery management systems
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Certification in power distribution systems (e.g., PE license)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
