Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical schematics for industrial power systems
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for high-voltage applications
- Conduct EMC/EMI testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded control systems
- Optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Expertise in IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E standards
- Strong analytical skills with FMEA and root cause analysis
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
