Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection systems, and smart-city developments
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Implement BIM technology for project modeling and clash detection
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000)
- Manage project budgets and timelines with risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers through technical training and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent P.Eng status
- Expertise in Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and civil engineering software
- Proven track record in managing projects valued over S$50 million
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
