Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex power electronic systems and control circuits.
- Conduct advanced simulations and prototyping to validate performance, safety, and reliability metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical architecture into cohesive product designs.
- Perform rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting for system-level anomalies.
- Mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical design reviews to ensure industry-leading standards.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and test reports.
- Ensure compliance with international electrical standards and safety certifications (UL, CE, IEC).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in circuit design and systems engineering.
- Expertise in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
- Deep understanding of power conversion, analog/digital circuit design, and microcontroller architecture.
- Proficiency in simulation software like LTspice, MATLAB, or Simulink.
- Strong background in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
