Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical schematics for renewable energy systems using AutoCAD and EPLAN
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-voltage power electronics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on embedded firmware integration
- Conduct thermal analysis and electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design processes
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase power systems and battery management systems
- Proven experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar/wind) highly desirable
