Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex electrical systems, focusing on power electronics and PCB layout.
- Conduct thorough circuit simulations and analysis using SPICE, Altium, or similar EDA tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components into sophisticated hardware enclosures.
- Lead design reviews, ensuring adherence to safety standards (UL/IEC) and performance benchmarks.
- Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and debugging of prototypes in the lab environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design methodology.
- Manage technical documentation and BOM optimization to ensure cost-effective manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical hardware design and systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in power conversion, analog/digital circuit design, and PCB manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and thermal chambers.
- Strong familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance and international regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage technical project lifecycles from concept through to mass production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to stakeholders.
