Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate complex electrical schematics and power distribution systems.
- Lead the end-to-end development cycle for high-voltage and low-voltage electrical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics into scalable industrial hardware.
- Perform rigorous testing and root-cause analysis on circuit performance and PCB designs.
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining high standards for design documentation and compliance.
- Ensure all designs meet NEC, IEEE, and international safety regulatory standards.
- Oversee vendor relationships and component selection to optimize system cost and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably within industrial or renewable sectors.
- Expert proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Demonstrated expertise in power electronics, analog circuit design, and PCB layout.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Strong understanding of EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory testing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements and project goals.
