Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems including power distribution networks, control circuits, and embedded systems
- Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and simulation models using industry-standard tools
- Lead prototyping, testing, and validation of electrical components and assemblies
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers on integrated product development
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and regional safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and product development
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical) and simulation software (MATLAB, SPICE)
- Strong expertise in power electronics, motor drives, or renewable energy systems
- Experience with embedded programming (C/C++, Python) and microcontrollers
- Proven track record of delivering commercial electrical products
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
