Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical power systems for aerospace applications
- Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring harness documentation
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis and validation testing
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on integrated system design
- Lead compliance with FAA/EASA safety standards and DO-254 guidelines
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Research emerging technologies to enhance system performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong understanding of power electronics, motor drives, and battery systems
- Familiarity with DO-160, DO-254, and ARP4754 standards
- Experience with EMI/EMC testing and mitigation techniques
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
