Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design from conceptualization to implementation
- Develop and validate power electronics solutions for grid-scale applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and testing
- Optimize designs for efficiency, cost, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Research emerging technologies and implement industry best practices
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power system design or related field
- Expertise in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and circuit simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Experience with renewable energy integration technologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
