Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design projects from concept to production, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation testing
- Optimize power distribution systems for high-efficiency applications in renewable energy and automotive sectors
- Develop comprehensive BOMs and cost analyses while ensuring compliance with IPC, UL, and IEC standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and best-practice implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate novel circuit architectures
- Interface with manufacturing partners to ensure scalable production readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design with emphasis on high-efficiency systems
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong background in analog/digital circuit design and signal integrity analysis
- Certification in IPC-2221/IPC-2222 standards highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic troubleshooting methodologies
