Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of electrical hardware design from concept to production.
- Design, simulate, and validate complex power distribution and control circuits.
- Perform comprehensive thermal and power integrity analysis for high-reliability systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCB layouts with mechanical enclosures.
- Conduct design reviews and mentor junior engineering staff on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with international electrical standards (IEC, UL, IEEE).
- Troubleshoot prototype failures and implement robust design improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in power systems or complex PCB design.
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools.
- Strong grasp of digital and analog circuit design, signal integrity, and power electronics.
- Experience with simulation software such as LTspice, PSpice, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 or similar safety-critical development standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
