Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate electrical schematics and PCB layouts for consumer electronics and IoT devices
- Lead power electronics optimization for energy-efficient systems
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams on integrated product development
- Research and implement emerging semiconductor technologies
- Document technical specifications and create detailed test protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in PCB design and power electronics
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and regulatory requirements (FCC, CE, UL)
- Experience with high-speed digital design and RF circuitry
- Proven track record in bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
