Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of PCB layouts and schematic capture.
- Perform rigorous simulations using MATLAB, PSpice, or Altium Designer.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and international safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct comprehensive technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize Design for Manufacturing (DFM) processes.
- Troubleshoot prototype failures and implement robust root-cause analysis solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in industrial power design or related field.
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer and circuit simulation software.
- Deep understanding of high-voltage systems, power electronics, and PCB design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of meeting aggressive project deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client-facing presentations.
