Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced drilling programs for complex reservoirs
- Analyze geological data to optimize well trajectories and reduce drilling costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing drilling operations with zero incidents

- Prepare detailed engineering reports for regulatory compliance and stakeholder review
- Mentor junior engineers on industry best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation drilling technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of hands-on drilling engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in drilling simulation software (e.g., PETRAN, COMPASS)
- Proven track record in cost reduction and operational efficiency
- Deep understanding of well control procedures and HSE standards
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
