Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (transportation, water, structural)
- Perform advanced hydraulic modeling and geotechnical analysis for complex terrains
- Oversee compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and local municipal codes
- Manage project budgets exceeding $10M with zero-defect delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews for quality assurance
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban drainage systems
- Coordinate with city planners, environmental consultants, and construction teams
- Utilitize BIM/CIM technologies for precision project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license required with 7+ years of infrastructure experience
- Expertise in Auto Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and GeoStudio software
- Proven track record of managing DOT-funded projects
- Strong knowledge of LEED and sustainable design principles
- Experience with infrastructure resiliency planning for climate adaptation
- Exceptional leadership skills with team management experience
- Professional Engineer license in Texas (or ability to obtain immediately)
