Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex drilling programs for onshore/offshore wells using advanced hydraulic modeling
- Lead real-time drilling optimization initiatives reducing non-productive time by 30%

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years drilling experience
- Expertise in directional drilling, pressure control, and well completion design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
