Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Canada's Digital Service Standards and accessibility regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, policy, and operational stakeholders
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify digital service improvement opportunities
- Manage project budgets and resources for transformation initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in digital transformation or IT management
- Proven expertise with government digital service frameworks (e.g., GC Digital Standards)
- Strong project management certification (PMP/Prince2)
- Experience with agile methodologies and cloud migration strategies
- Knowledge of Canadian public sector procurement processes
- Security clearance eligibility required
