Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, Display).
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage significant digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across various campaigns.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Oversee content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand voice, SEO best practices, and audience engagement goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present performance reports, strategic recommendations, and market insights to senior leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive significant ROI.
- Expert-level proficiency with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw conclusions, and formulate effective strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team in a dynamic agency or in-house environment.
