Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Oversee all SEO, SEM, display advertising, and paid social campaigns, continuously optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Manage social media presence across key platforms, developing engaging content and fostering community interaction.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure a consistent brand voice and optimize content for digital channels.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Visionary Labs remains at the cutting edge.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram), and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth hacking methodologies.
