Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and digital performance data to identify opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across all digital touchpoints, including website and landing pages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Present regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that achieved measurable results.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM best practices, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and various marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media strategy, and email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum efficiency.
