Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing).
- Lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring campaign excellence.
- Manage substantial digital advertising budgets, optimizing for ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Oversee website analytics, reporting on performance, and driving continuous improvement through A/B testing and experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Expert-level proficiency with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
