Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced predictive analytics models for clinical trial optimization and patient stratification.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance with GxP standards, and robust data governance frameworks.
- Lead the mentorship of junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large-scale genomic and proteomic datasets.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations and reports.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related life sciences field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and R, with a strong command of SQL.
- Deep understanding of pharmacovigilance, regulatory requirements, and GxP guidelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
