Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex experimental workflows for small molecule drug discovery.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify promising therapeutic candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacology, toxicology, and clinical development.
- Oversee laboratory operations to ensure compliance with GLP and rigorous safety protocols.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a high-performance scientific culture.
- Prepare detailed research reports and documentation for regulatory submission packages.
- Present key findings to executive leadership and scientific stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research.
- Proven track record of successful drug discovery projects from target validation to lead optimization.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening, assay development, and cellular analysis.
- Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R, or Python).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
