Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that drive actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance scalability.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, model architecture, and algorithmic methodologies.
- Innovation: Stay current with the latest research in AI/ML and propose new methodologies to improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and experience with SQL for data manipulation.
- Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
