Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for AI/ML features that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and successful launch.
- Roadmap Management: Create and prioritize a robust product roadmap, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to validate assumptions and drive product iterations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product metrics post-launch to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and API integrations.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of managing products in the AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics space.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a bias for action when solving complex business problems.
