Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder management across engineering, product, and executive teams to align deliverables with business goals
- Implementation and optimization of Agile/Scrum methodologies using JIRA and Confluence
- Risk mitigation through proactive planning and change management protocols
- Financial oversight including budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis
- Team leadership through mentoring, performance reviews, and capability development
- Data-driven reporting using dashboards to track KPIs and project health metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred
- Proven experience scaling agile teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization
- Track record of mentoring junior PMs and driving process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
