Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Process: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for our flagship web and mobile applications, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and handoff.
- User Research: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover deep user insights.
- Design Systems: Establish and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant, functional design solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.
- Visual Excellence: Push the boundaries of modern UI trends while adhering to strict accessibility and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of shipping complex products.
- Portfolio: A strong, case-study driven portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve user problems through design.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Information Architecture, and Interaction Design principles.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
