What You Will Do:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data projects, from exploratory data analysis to the deployment of production-grade models. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize complex machine learning and deep learning models to improve prediction accuracy and business outcomes.
- Data Engineering: Collect, clean, and preprocess massive datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for our algorithms.
- Deployment: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to deploy models into production environments with robust monitoring and versioning.
- Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical data science solutions and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Communication: Present technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to integrate new techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL. Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive meaningful insights.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams.
