Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models, with a focus on predictive analytics and deep learning.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks into core product features to drive user engagement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business problems into scalable technical architectures.
- Establish rigorous validation and A/B testing methodologies to monitor and continuously improve model performance in production.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for engineering best practices across the broader analytics organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, alongside deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex algorithmic solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
