Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive evidence-based design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineers via agile methodologies to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive designs
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with product teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for design implementation
