Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for optimal project tracking and reporting
- Mentor junior project managers while maintaining PMP/Agile certification standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- Active PMP or CSM certification with proven agile implementation
- Expertise in resource planning, budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and data visualization tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
