Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using statistical methods and ML algorithms
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML research and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering roles
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems at scale
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
