Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to ingest, clean, and transform large-scale datasets.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance metrics to stakeholders through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
