Responsibilities

- Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in model development.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance.
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines and algorithmic logic.
Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Deep experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong grasp of cloud computing environments, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
