Responsibilities
- Drive the full design lifecycle from conceptual wireframing and user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create pixel-perfect UI components and maintain a scalable design system for cross-platform consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical excellence.
- Conduct usability testing and interpret behavioral analytics to iterate on product features.
- Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder presentations to advocate for the user.
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for design documentation and handoff.
- Ensure all digital interfaces are accessible and optimized for diverse user needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within the SaaS industry.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and high-quality visual execution.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
