Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation frameworks for web/mobile applications
- Lead regression testing efforts across 15+ product modules using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Execute manual and automated testing cycles, documenting defects in Jira with clear reproducibility
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated QA workflows
- Analyze test metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Validate API functionality, security protocols, and performance under load
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript automation
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful test automation projects
