Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for real-world business impact
- Design end-to-end data pipelines integrating SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based data warehouses
- Translate complex findings into compelling narratives for C-level stakeholders through data visualization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user engagement metrics
- Mentor junior scientists and champion ethical AI practices across the organization
- Research emerging ML techniques and publish findings in industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of applied ML experience with portfolio showcasing production-level deployments
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, statsmodels)
- Proven ability to manipulate terabyte-scale datasets using Spark and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong communicator capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD for ML systems
- Published research or patents in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
