Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Risk mitigation and resource optimization for multi-million dollar tech initiatives
- Mentorship of junior project managers and process improvement initiatives
- Financial oversight including budget tracking and ROI analysis
- Implementation of PMO standards and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software projects
- Proven PMP or CPM certification with Agile/Scrum expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
