Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and JUnit
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and prioritize critical issues
- Conduct risk assessments and define quality metrics for product releases
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine acceptance criteria
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing integration
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or similar is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
