Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data opportunities and drive product strategy.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated model deployment processes.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends in massive datasets.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model efficacy and impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of MLOps best practices and cloud-based deployments (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models that drive measurable growth.
