Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models using Python, R, and SQL.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior data analysts and engineers.
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for scalability and performance.
- Drive research initiatives to incorporate generative AI into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, preferably within a tech-focused company.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, Neural Networks).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
