Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that inform business strategy
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track key performance indicators
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
