Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve high-stakes business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and identify opportunities for data-driven growth.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends in massive, unstructured datasets.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive products from initial prototyping to production-grade deployment.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in machine learning engineering and code quality.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to executive leadership through compelling storytelling and visualizations.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge advancements in generative AI and LLMs to enhance internal workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong grasp of MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and drift detection).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
