Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Lead the QA strategy, ensuring the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and CI/CD integration.
- Perform rigorous API testing (REST/GraphQL) to validate backend logic and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Identify process improvements to reduce technical debt and accelerate release cycles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Automation and API testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Postman).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system behaviors.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
