Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and customer segmentation
- Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Create executive dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using Python, R, and Tableau
- Translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging techniques in NLP and computer vision applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science roles with portfolio of production models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Background in fintech or e-commerce analytics preferred
