Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring sub-second load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for code quality and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
